Prism Arts Philadelphia, a 3700 sq. ft space, is the best place to shoot content for fashion brands, product shoots, boudoir, engagements, wedding shots, content creators. It is available for rent as a photo studio, classes such as yoga, private events, theatrical performances.
The space has an upscale and cozy semi-industrial vibe that works for any production. We are located in the Art District of Philadelphia on Hamilton street right above Love City Brewery. For production days, there are many restaurants in the area that deliver or within walking distance for pick up.
The space has 5 large windows, with plenty of natural light in daytime. If you are a natural light photographer (does not use flash or strobes), the best time of day to shoot is between 10am -3pm. Included in your booking: Bluetooth speaker, Seating furniture, Folding chairs, Kitchenette, Bathroom, Garment Rack with hangers, AC/Heat. For anything in addition please contact us directly.

RATES, PAYMENTS and REFUNDS

Prism Arts is available for hourly rents for photoshoots at $85/hour with a min 2 hours required.
For event rentals Monday - Thursday, there is a 4 hour min required for a fee of $650. You can also rent a full weekday ( 8 hour day) for $1200.
For event rentals Friday, Saturday & Sunday, there is a 4 hour min required for a fee of $800. You can also rent a full weekend day (8 hour day) for $1500.
For other type of rentals please reach out to us directly and we will get back to you within the day.
We accept venmo, cashapp, paypal.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the event rentals.
Be mindful of the time it takes to set up and break down. The space is often booked everyday so if you know you are slow to start, book the extra time. If you go over the booking, you will be charged 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before the reservation. If you are booking a date that is within the 7-day period, full payment is due at time of booking, and it is nonrefundable.
NO REFUNDS FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS. You will receive 50% refund for cancelations made 7 days prior to your reservation date.
DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY unless you have requested, and it was approved. We give our guests their time and space and we don’t want anyone being interrupted! IF YOU ARE LATE, you may NOT add that time on the back end because the space could be booked already by someone else. Please contact the host to request more time if it is available.
OVERTIME will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
No smoking at all. You must leave the building to smoke. No loud music. No glitter or confetti can be used.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
We pride ourselves on our space and cleanliness and you should be proud about it also! Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. The space should be left the way you found it. This includes the plants! They are temperamental and don’t like to be moved. If you move them, they should go back into their original space. Love them like family.
Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
